1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on an item for fitting purposes is permitted; however, wearing the item is not allowed.

  • Returns of items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to partially return them are not accepted.


2. Return Period

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.


3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner.

    • Please note that our supplier is located in China, and returns must be sent to this address.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing an order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
